How to complete Arachne's questline?
I've finished the game, seen the epilogue, but I still can't finish Arachne's quest. I don't know what I need to do. I've found out who cursed her and seen Arachne confront them, and had Athena refuse to help twice. None of those 3 people have anything new to say to me and Arachne is still locked.

If you've progressed it as far as possible with both, Athena should be the next to trigger something.

Also try exhausting dialogue with the third person as well.

Everyone in my book is maxed except Odysseus and Arachne. So I have to speak to Athena? I guess I"m just unlucky. Every time I talk to her she just congratulates me for something or other but won't talk about Arachne.

Equip Gorgon amulet, go to the surface and die right after you encounter her to exhaust all her dialogues. You don't even need to go to the Olympus, you can progress it right in Ephyra

^ that's a good idea.

Also in case you somehow did go through Athena's story dialogue without realizing it, Athena will tell you to bring the Gorgon amulet when you talk to Arachne.
