From my gameplay experience it seems like having unlocked/crafter all other aspects of the weapon and also getting at least one of them to rank 5. I myself did the rank up requirement with Mellinoe's aspect for all of mine but I would think any would do.

yeah have also been struggling to get Circe and Moroes, even though I've had the prerequisites fulfilled since ages ago.

Well that's just got me more confused, because I've already got the other aspects unlocked as well. I really wish they made this more straightforward.

A non-Melinoe aspect needs to be rank 5, IIRC.

Nah, it can be any aspect, I've only got Melinoe maxed on multiple weapons and still got the hidden aspect

Like I said in my post I have gotten hidden aspects with just the Mellinoe aspect leveled to 5 so this is blatantly false.

I think I had leveled others but none to 5 other than Mellinoe before I would get them to give me the activation phrase
