Steal 50 items achievments
So one of my last achievments is the one where you need to be caught stealing 50 items. So I stole a lot around the villages but the counter is still at 1. I even tried to drop 50 items on teh ground at a inn to make sure NPC are watching me and I got minus reputation for each item I collected.... still the counter stucks at 1. What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong, the progress achievements are bugged atm. The devs are looking into it, so atm nothing else to do but wait for a fix.

Gosh... for how long is it like this? Is there rly a chance that this will be fixed?

Why wouldn't it get fixed? It worked fine before the last patch. :-)
