Screen resolution error!

For the first time ever I cant play this game. The screen only show about 1/4 of the stuff that should be on the screen. This is the only game that has this error, and it was not like this before when I played it. All things are the same on my PC, so I dont know why this happens. Its a shame, since I want to play this game again. Heeeelp!

Make sure the game resolution is the same as the screen resolution.

Like pdoan8 says, change the resolution ingame to match your Windows resolution (settings - graphics - aspect ration and resolution).

In case you can't access the settings because the resolution is so messed up, you can also change it directly in the .ini file:
%LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini

change those lines to match your resolution:
ResolutionSizeX=3840
ResolutionSizeY=2160

Yes. I still have trouble. Is it "GameUserSettings.ini"? Sure? Does not work for me to change in that file. I can change in the file, but it does not change anything when I try to start the game.

I'll doublecheck with the devs if maybe other values in that file also have to be changed.

In the meantime, can you maybe try to navigate to the settings menu ingame with the arrow keys on your keyboard so you can change the resolution?

Devs suggest deleting all files in
%LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\Config
and
%LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames\Settings

But make a backup first just in case!

If you start hte game afterwards, does it work then?
