yep, i mean, who would even notice that rods, which were in the game since the beginning, suddenly disappeared from the game, right? There are more important things to mention in patch notes, like for example changable colour of your flashlight.

They were removed and replaced with expensive inferior rods. I would not be surprised to see a new spinning rod in the real money store soon.

If all the people aged 50 and over could stop the comments, the game is perfect as it is, it is you who are against evolution and progress, you are too square-minded

This has nothing to do with age, this has to do with caring about the game and getting some better communication/information about what is changing.
After all this is just a game, maybe the best one on the market atm, but when it reaches the point that the fun is gone it's time to move on.
I feel like it's dying the death of a 1000 cuts.
The small things do sum up and every "nothing changed.." comment, every (in my opinion) important change in gear, biterate,you name it, which is retracted or confessed, after enough players complain, is just one cut more

Yep, its starting to be actually hillarious.. And i will be of age 50 in 7 years, so i will be doomed soon :D Only 7 more years to play this game :D

damn, only 3 years for me left, if i would continue to play, that is.
I stopped (hopefully for now) but to be honest it feels, like it's time to cut bait( intended) and look somewhere else.
In the first 3 years of playing i made 1200 hours (not half bad for a married ,fulltime working father of twins with house, garden, 2 dogs and some RL friends) in the last 2 years i made 200 hours.
Should have checked it sooner.
But the forum is so entertaining sometimes
