To make your boat stable
Every time I move with my boat, I check its stability before starting to fish.
If the boat isn't stable, I return to the game menu as shown in the photo
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3591286883
and I try again. So far, everyone who has used this tip has a stable boat.
Three boats have this problem. See the clip of the models in question. https://www.twitch.tv/1bychris/clip/ArtisticAverageLyrebirdShadyLulu-_qKGBvL39kZZi9Hf

Usually when it happens for me, it's when I quickly get up from the driver's seat and pick up one of the roads while trolling. On Kulgu, it's normally able to recover, but on Enisey (most likely because of the water current there), it'll usually result in a full tip over and teleport me to a random patch of land.
