Yeah I did that initially, it feels like it’s going to give me carpal tunnel hahaha

I use a piece of cardboard wedged between the shift key. Windows ClickLock feature if I'm going after fish that spool.

Mouse properties(-> Additional Mouse Settings) -> Buttons -> [X] Turn on ClickLock -> Apply.

You know you can use Xbox controller and it's the trigger button for me and simple rubber band will work 😉

It works., sort of, but you need to assign most of the buttons yourself...

yeah all good, i used the keybinds in game instead.

What did you bind in game to use LMB+Shift together?

I use space for reeling, ctrl for raising rod and of course shift is stock for fast reeling.

For catch net i have bound a mouse button, works great for me. And my mouse hand is not cramped from spin fishing or fighting fish.

use reel acceleration (second slot for keybind) + alt reel on the same key ( for me ` key ), alt rod to another keybind ( 4 for me). Like this I can always have my right hand free.
