Into The Abyss - Akhal, Thur, Dakn

So I am doing this Into The Abyss quest and I need to make 3 leaders sign a treaty. I already made Husnu the Nasir leader signed the treaty. But the problem is I cannot make the last 3 leaders to sign it, because I am their enemy (I am a Marshall from Nasir).
I have tried to speak to the leaders but they said that they does not even know me. Even though I already win fights against them a lot of times XD

So how do you guyys persuade the rest of leader to sign the treaty when you are actually an enemy to them?

When the faction doesn't exist anymore you "sign it in their name" ^^

There was Dhib but now they are gone. But if I need to take over all of the other faction, it will be a hard work for me. I mean my current Squad number onl 24, and the Hero number only 7 :(
Sometimes when I besiege a city/camp/village, I wont be able to stand against 300 enemies :(

Is there any other ways to make the leader sign a peace treaty without destroying all of their faction?
