No Chat Box [SOLVED]

For a while now, I've been trying to play on some multiplayer servers using the Dev mode, but I've been running into a slight problem. The chat box in-game doesn't appear no matter what I do, I've tried all resolutions, resetting the chat layout, but nothing. I can't see any text messages or anything like that. Has anyone else had a similar issue and possibly knows how to fix it? I also tried reinstalling the game, but still nothing.

i got the same problem. any fixes?
had this problem for a while and its getting really annoying dont know whos chatting to me/talking to me etc.

Disable 'stream friendly UI' in the options.

That bug still not fixed. Thx, devs for so many years workin bug.
Only reconnection to the server can helps, what s very annoying, and u loosin all stuff, and all kinda sh-it.
PS: Friendly UI is Disabled

So nothing works for me, Steam Friendly UI doesnt fix, ctrl + Shift + C doesnt work, restarting game doesnt work, joining another server then coming back, doesnt work, resetting HUD to default doesnt work
I've tried everything, help me
