I have all CUP Mods but it still says CUP_CAMisc is missing/deleted, Help?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled them and the issue still arises. Am I just being stupid?

First question do you have the cba_a3 mod also? Needed for cup mods.

There might be some mods that are not related/not original cup add-ons that require installment. its most like for the maps add-on. Miscellaneous items for the maps could have a different origin .

I found the problem, fix is to go into the mod browser via Arma 3 launcher, and pressing the repair option. Seems to have fixed it.
