You'll need two truck stops (one by the Farm, the other by the dock) and truck the Grain
between them. You can't make a "combined station". Either the Farm is within catchment of the dock, or you'll have to truck the Grain to it. Now, those stops can be quite close to each other to make a shorter travel time for the truck(s).
I tested that in on a map with a single truck station within range of two train stations I wanted to transfer goods berween. It looked funny seeing the truck looping around within the rhe same station but it did work. I think it was TpF 2 but I'm not sure.

But that no longer seems to work in TpF2? If I put the second stop across the street instead of two platform in the same stop it works fine, but not when the line uses two platforms in the same station.
Of course, I did look at excavating sea access to the farm, but (a) the farm is on top of a steep cliff, and (b) it would mean destroying several fields (if thet matters).
Still, I have learned another thing about TF2, which is all to the good!
No it doesn't matter, destroying fields does not affect the output of the farm
Creating something like this has the added benefit of iron going in both directions on the truck route as both stops are in range of both the mine and rail station
