Edit: Factions predated organizations, organizations are a much better version of what factions were intended as which is why the full potential range was never finished and they did not make it into Chronicles. So, organizations to not grant access to factions. Or at least they shouldn't, unless Raven did some backwards compatibility he didn't tell me about.
