Haha funny, you need CPU power to get fps. Meaning you got a weak CPU.
If you did not had this during EA then 2 things are possible, 1, you never played EA and you are lying. 2 Something happend to your CPU wich causes it to not be as powerfull anymore.
games performance is way wy way better then it was in EA. but you need CPU power for all the calculations. and only 130 people in the village suggest something is realy wrong with your setup. (nothing to do with GPU).
there are dozens of threads about FF performance and each time it has been said - FF is a CPU bound game.
that's all. close another one topic about performance.
use search
It is your setup.
on my oldest pc setup, with max GPU settings, I can get 50 - 65 FPS till I get in the 950 - 1250 pop range, then it drops down to about 25 - 30 FPS
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz OC to 3.67 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce OC GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)
on my gaming pc, and even my enterprise business pc, have constant 85 - 120 FPS with 1,800 - 2,400 pop with no problems.
or wait... it is in 720p ?)
32gig memory
RTX3060
160 population
No FPS problems with all the gfx on max.
Ive only got a 1080p monitor tho.
Games in this genre are often CPU bound. I have i5-14600K and RTX 5070. 64 GB DDR-4 RAM, game installed on SSD and Windows 11. Game is running without any trouble without upscaling on native 2560x1440 resolution. So upgrade your CPU and GPU.
Years away yet though pre-production for it will start some time next year.
That claim is very much doubtful :). Proof, please and more infos about the settings. That CPU (i5 3470 ) is 13 years old ... . There is no way that thing can manage 900-1200 people in FF with about 60 FPS average. A sudden drop from 50-65 FPS to 25-30 is also very unrealistic. You would have a slow decline and I bet it starts much earlier :).
Sorry, but without a gameplay video that is just too unlikely to believe.
Also: No CPU in existence can run the game with 85-120 FPS with 1800-2400 ppl..., not even close... .
