The egg should be dropped on the moving platform, then it can be picked up.
The fish can be caught on a lilypad, not sure exactly what triggers it but I guess stepping on it so it sinks while the fish is there.
You can sneak up on the mouse if you hold crouch and take small, cautious steps. At some point it will take off running to the left and you have to chase it, I've never been able to catch it though.
As for the butterfly, I'm stumped too.

The fish for me, if you come from the direction of the den, flops itself onto the lily pad as you get closer.
The butterfly you need to kind of shoo it to the log, then take a long run, and jump off the logs roots really fast to be able to catch it.

The butterfly can also be driven into a spider net and then be caught.

well, i manage to get everything, but the fish. however, dog hunt seems to be also hard for me - can't pass the segment after two pits.

I've rather given up on this one. Not sure if it was tested to be realistically possible to achieve these in the conditions, given the controls and the speed of the enemies and the wonky jumping.
