You are allowed to use official Bakin DLC and assets in Smile Game Builder, and vice versa but i'd check the 'read me' files in each individual DLC pack for what it states, as SOME partners of that DLC might not allow it. You can always email or search for their Discord group and ask them personally. Be aware, some partner groups won't allow it unless you pay them a second time, some will just point blank say "NO!".
