Can skills be set to require a specific weapon to be equipped before they can be used?
I can't find the setting to restrict weapons in the skill setting function. Is there no such setting provided in Bakin? This will create a situation where you can use the arrow setting skill while equipping a sword...

No, there's no function on skills to allow this.
I AM wondering though if it's now possible to do this through a Common event..?
Have the Common event consistently checking (sync-repeat) if each weapon is equipped with a YES/NO Branch, YES = learn player skill / NO = unlearn player skill.
IF possible this way then its just the case of setting up a branch check for each weapon.
