LOL! Don't know what you're using but you certainly CAN make 1st person Doom/Persona type games, Platform games, and general 3D JRPG games with this engine, like all other engines.. it just takes time to learn Bakin and it's systems to do those, as the same with Octo type games.
@OP i cant really comment im not a C# programmer but of what I have seen there's a few people in the Discord who are doing programming with Bakin so I guess its quite advanced so far. I wouldn't rely on the what the Wiki does (or rather dont) say. I'd head to the Discord group and ask the programmers there. You'll get a much faster response at the group.
